- Abstract :
We investigate the polarization dependence of an integrated demultiplexer for dense wavelength-division-multiplexed (DWDM) system that uses an optical-frequency-interleaving technique. In the integrated demultiplexer, a suppression ratio of more than 22 dB against adjacent channels is measured. The integrated demultiplexer presents a polarization dependence of less than 0.1 dB, enabling access points for RoF networks truly polarization independent.
